In October 2025, Canada Lands Company acquired 555 Glendale Avenue located in St. Catharines Ontario from Transport Canada. The property (7.9 hectares/18.9 acres) is located adjacent to the Welland Canal and the Glendale Avenue Bridge and is immediately adjacent to a previous Canada Lands project known as Victoria Village, which was completed in 2016.
The 555 Glendale Ave project seeks to accelerate development in the St. Catharines area.
