Aaron is Vice President, Construction and leads CLC’s residential construction activities. Aaron has over 20 years of experience delivering complex residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments from concept through closeout. He has led the successful delivery of over 5,000 residential units and specializes in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation across multiple delivery models. Aaron has led projects ranging from $5M to $500M+, overseeing consultants, procurement, and construction execution while ensuring cost, schedule, and sustainability targets are met. He brings deep expertise in stakeholder coordination, and value engineering, with a strong track record of driving efficient, high-quality projects.
