Allison Mendes is a seasoned corporate director with extensive governance experience spanning the public and private sectors, including healthcare, retail, financial services and real estate. She currently serves on the board of CreateTO, managing one of North America’s most diverse real estate portfolios. With a distinguished background in capital markets, Allison retired from Manulife Asset Management as a senior leader overseeing over $2 billion in institutional equities, having previously held key roles at RBC and Credit Suisse First Boston. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a BSc (Hons) from the University of Toronto, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
